“Very beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed our short stay very much! Highly recommend this property if you're in Guthrie! The only thing I didn't like with the communication was the message I received at 10:15 A.M. to let me know that the cleaning crew had been dispatched and I would need to vacate the property at 11 A.M. or before....I've used VRBO many times and know when check out time is. “We stayed in the Martha Dale Room, the renovated historic home is beautifully and lovingly restored and decorated. The customer service was personable and welcoming and detail oriented. Delicious breakfast and relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommend. ”

“Good location to downtown. The bed was firm but we liked it. It doesn’t have central heat or air. We had A LOT of difficulty getting into the place. The lock box was hard to get open. Minor things to be aware of. Communication was ok, most of it was with getting in. A very clean place.”

“The carpet was absolutely filthy, took shoes off at the door and walked from the beds to the bathroom and around the room and my white socks looked like i had walked 5 miles outside. No hot water in the sink only cold. $20 per pet per night, $80, was ridiculous for the condition of the room. We will not stay here again, would definitely recommend spending the extra 10-20 dollars for one of the surrounding motels/hotels.”
