“This is a gem of a hotel in a gem of a city. The property dates back to the early days of Guthrie and has been artfully updated. Our room was spacious and quiet. The staff was pleasant and attentive. The grounds are beautiful. A wonderful place to relax and enjoy a piece of history.”

“I booked a room, but the front desk was very rude and I had to wait 30 minutes before I could check in.”

“Our room was only 1/4 of the way clean. The beds were freshly made (we hope!). The floor had NOT been vaccumend. There was even pepperoni on the floor! The entire carpet had clearly not been vaccumend, there was still trash in the trash cans. The bathroom had not been swept or mopped. I hope the shower had been cleaned.. not sure. There was no shampoo, it had been broken off of he wall. The body wash was also off of the wall, but it was on the floor. I can only assume the previous guests took……

“The room I chose was a 1 bed King. It was clean and very comfortable–exactly what I needed! The check-in/out process was smooth and easy. I asked for a late check out. They only granted an hour (I asked for 2 hours), but it was still helpful for my schedule. I will definitely stay here again.”

“This motel was well-maintained. It had a lot of electrical outlets, which is very important to me. Everything worked well. Of special note was the sincerely kind and helpful manner of Rhonda, the evening front desk clerk. She gave us good information and was exceptionally welcoming. Rhonda was very concerned that we would have a good stay. The hot breakfast buffet was above expectations with a very wide assortment of items. This is where many motel amenities fall short of the mark, but……

“I truly enjoyed my stay. No complaints!”

“The bedside lamp didn’t work because there was no power from the outlet. A staff member came and brought another lamp, but that didn’t solve the problem since the outlet itself had no electricity. The issue was never fixed during our stay. Very disappointing service.”

“Yes the room was clean but it smelled like a teenage boys room (a little musty), breakfast was good had a lot of options. Was scared about the location but actually it was not very nice and safe location. ”
