“I am not one who is big on leaving reviews, but this place merits a review. Great, well maintained, locally owned, boutique place to stay. Is it a "5 star hotel". No. But it has all the amenities a traveler needs. The vibe is great, Chase and Lyndsey are fantastic hosts and the location is great. Chase and Lyndsey are warm, caring and go out of their way to give you the best experience for your stay. The property is a lovely garden labyrinth. The rooms are basic, but clean, quiet,……

“Clean room but could use updates. Great area very walkable. Loved the restaurant Oceana ..right next door. Great water view. Close to airport so you will hear planes during the day. Fun to watch the water plane take off and land …and the cruise ships come and go. Good food close by for breakfast and lunch that you can bring back and eat on the covered porch. Their landscaping on the property was fabulous and the pool was refreshing. ”

I had booked this trip for my honeymoon, but on the day I was supposed to fly out, the airline canceled all flights to St. Thomas. “It rained the day we arrived and when we got there, the whole kitchen and living room were flooded and the rug was soaked for the whole 7 day trip so the whole house stunk of mildew the entire trip. We woke up sick every morning from breathing in the nasty air all night. I dont know if someone left the front door open allowing the rain water to come in during the storm but we would’ve enjoyed our trip better if we didn’t get sick every time we were in the house. “Location was absolutely key! While the hotel is a bit older, it still offers a nice stay. There was a water pipe issue, but it was out of their control, and they thoughtfully provided water for guests. Remember, it's an island, and sometimes things happen! “The space itself is beautiful and the view is amazing however- thereis a washer and dryer on the photos but no washer and dryer in the actual room or on the property, there is a television in the room however upon my children turning it on, it was completely broken-displaying a white screen with a huge black splotch and lines and there were stains on our bedsheets, in both bedrooms and on a pillowcase. Communication with the property owners was fast and reliable. We notified them of the stains……

“First of all this is not a 24/7 hands on place at all. The front desk only works from 8am to 10 pm. So if you have anything that you need you won't get it. If the pipe burst, need towels, light bulb you won't be able to get anything ontil that time. So emergency around that time isn't available. Outside my room iheard a loud bang. It was glass that was broken by whom I don't know I was too scared to go and find out. That happened the 2nd night. They need to make that gate higher anyone can……
