This property is not only close to Walt Disney World, but it's located on one of the most famous golf courses in Florida (Southern Dunes)... You will love the view, the pool, the proximity to the shops! The villa got fully renovated early 2023 (new roof, new paint, new floors upstairs, new kitchen, new furniture...). It has 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. All bedrooms have Smart TV's to enjoy movies, sport games, and shows! The living room has all new furniture waiting for you to enjoy and plus side tables have plug-in charging ports. Charge your phone while you watch a movie or show! Recline that seat & enjoy your vacation! The dining table is great to enjoy morning breakfast and family dinners (seats 6). Plus the kitchen has a sit-in kitchen table. First, main bedroom has a huge king size bed with a private bathroom to enjoy. Second & third bedroom has a beautiful queen size bed to enjoy with a shareable bathroom. Fourth Mickey Mouse bedroom has 2 twin beds perfect for the kids to sleep and play! The private pool is great for the kids to cool off and to soak in the Florida sun. The pool overlooks the beautiful golf course. This Villa is waiting for you to enjoy it's new amenities. BOOK NOW! **NOT included in our rental prices : Pool heating** - !!!! By booking this property, you also agree not to host any gathering with more than the total occupancy of this property. If you do not respect this rule, the owners of the property or the property managers (Horizon) will have all rights to evict you without any right for compensation. And you would put yourself at risk of being reported to the police at any time by neighbors or the HOA. We ask you to not have any visitors (exception made for 30+ days stays). Only the guests who have been registered are allowed to stay in the property. ***Your safety and our team's safety are our top priority. *** Pool heaters are set to 86 prior to your arrival. The reached temperature will depend on the weather. Pool heaters run 12 hours during the day. No refund or compensation will be given if the pool heater does not work unless the guests paid for the heating of the pool and it is proven that there was a technical issue that created an inconvenience. The refund or compensation will never exceed the amount paid by the guest for the heating of the pool.

Convenient and Spotless
This is a beautiful property located on one of SOUTHERN DUNES fairways. The place was absolutely spotless with vaulted ceilings, a well appointed kitchen and spacious bathrooms. TV service was all steaming so we could use our own accounts at Netflix, Prime, and Hulu. There are plenty more to choose from. I had a problem with the remote to the ceiling fan/ light in the master bedroom. Horizon had someone out the day I called to fix it. We had a terrific 10 day stay, and will definitely be back.

I feel compelled to do this review because im hoping it reaches the owner of the property. The property itself was beautiful. Beds are comfortable. And they thought of everything for the kitchen. Cleanliness was great. Golf course view was amazing.The heating and air is a bit off. Its very hot upstairs and very cold downstairs. And the air cant be turned down past 70. I read in the reviews prior to coming that the pool filter next door was loud and makes it impossible to sit at the table outside. I wasnt sure i would care about that so i didnt take much stock in that review. But i agree. Its so loud and runs 24/7, having a meal or conversation at the outside table is impossible. On to the management company. horizon vacations. Before my actual stay i had trouble getting responses back to my questions. They never answered most of them and i had to call. They charged the wrong cc after multiple messages and calls to have that switched. I expressed my concerns that if this is there communication what will happen if i have a problem while on property. I had a few things i needed addressed while there and they again never answered or took days to respond. All the paperwork for the pool heat states it runs from 8a-8p. it didnt turn on until 11 everyday. I am an early riser so that matters to me. They charged me $30 for missing towels that i did not take. I have proof of all my unanswered messages (which were standard questions)

We booked this house with little notice as we were coming for a death in our family. On day one we noticed several things that weren’t what we expected. After a call to to the house management, and a visit to make things right we were completely satisfied. Things happen and this company went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.

Last minute trip
Overall a great property right on the golf course and very close to the front entrance for easy in and out access. The property has everything you need for an enjoyable stay. I would only say that when it’s cold and you pay to hear the pool that there should be a cover to help keep that heat in overnight. The house inside is a little dated but it didn’t matter we still had a great experience. Easy to work with online. We had a little issue and it was resolved within 24 hours. I’ve stayed at southern dunes many times over the years and I would definitely pick this rental to use again.

Noise
The neighbor's air conditioner made it impossible to sit outside in the pool enclosure. It ran 24/7 regardless of the temperature outside and is situated right beside the seating area. I sat on the other side of the pool area, but it was still loud. Nothing can really be done about this.

Cleaning staff still working on house till 5:05pm when check in was at 4:00pm. Have to call manager property about a fly infection inside and around the house cuz they didn’t clean garbage can right. Pool dirty and low in chlorine. And I send pictures of everything.
