"Staying at Grotto Bay was a wonderful holiday! Staff was SO incredibly friendly…they were the highlight of our stay. Resort is older but beautifully maintained. All hotel rooms and baths are modern and contemporary feeling. Yet the layout of the resort creates a cozy intimate feel. We ate almost all our meals at the resort and everything was always delicious. We would definitely love to go back!"

"The room was always cleaned well. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel was quiet. The food was very good and well presented. The pools were kept up well. But most impressive was the staff. They were all friendly and very capable especially the servers at the Gold Lounge."

"Staff were wonderful. So friendly and helpful. The room upgrade was very much appreciated. Our only complaint is that the turn down service was far too early. They often came late afternoon so we rarely took advantage of it. Not a big deal. We also had no hot water on our last morning but that was likely a glitch. The patio furniture needed repairing but it was still beautiful. We would definitely stay here again."

"We enjoyed our stay at Hamilton Princess. The staff was great particularly at the Intrepid restaurant which in our opinion is amongst the very best on the Island. Ashley and the restaurant Manager were delightful. We highly recommend it."
