"Such a unique hotel in the best way. Beautiful room with high poster bed, carved wood and so comfortable. Large step in shower. Beautiful lobby and easy parking right outside the door. Free breakfast was delicious and plenty of choices. Would definitely stay her again. "

"My stay was BY FAR the worst check in experience I have ever had at any hotel. The front desk staff was extremely unhelpful and rude. His demeanor and incompetence was inexcusable. I tried contacting the manager after she reached out and have had no luck getting connected to a human on the phone. We should be refunded in full for the treatment we received."

"The room looked as if it hasn’t been used in a while. The floors were so dirty my son’s feet were black and the dirt, I could peel it off. The front desk associate wasn’t too friendly either and on our last night, someone came to open the door at 1 am saying we were in their room…TERRIBLE stay. "

"There was hair in the tub, slept on top of the blankets because it looked like blood smear on the sheet, and it needed to be vacuumed.. the tv had a pixel out.. but we just needed sleep so we didnt complain.."
