“After checking in and seeing the room, I immediately walked out, back to the front desk and turned in my key, asking for a refund. The room was dingy, dirty, and disgusting and full of bugs and spiders. It was the worst hotel room I’ve ever seen. This place should be removed from Expedia’s offering. We went across to the hotel next door and checked in there. By daylight this place looked even worse with some parts seeming to be falling down while under construction. Don’t stay here !”

“If the management just put some effort into the rooms, they would be much better. That, however, won’t fix the issue of the clientele. Marijuana smoking, beer drinking yahoos who party all night. Thankfully, there was a loud fan that enabled us to block a good portion of it out. If you cater to the lowest common denominator, that is what you will get. We were hoping for more but we got what we paid for. We will not return.”

“I booked two nights because I was running a local ultramarathon. Why I arrived at 6pm (single woman) my bottom floor, exterior facing room door was wide open and not cleaned. I asked someone to finish it so I could get in (you’d think they’d give me a new room) and then my keycard was deactivated. Two roaches and a house fly overnight. Returned after running 100 miles ready to soak in the bath. Key card again deactivated (not stored near phone) and I had to literally drag myself to the office to……
