“Fantastic for our family getaway! The staff was super nice, and having free parking made everything easy with the kids. The area around had a lot to see and do, which we all loved.”

“One of the main reasons that we rented this apartment was for the river view, which is clearly shown in several pictures in the listing for the unit, and is mentioned in many of the customer reviews. When we arrived and found that there is no river view at all (I’m guessing due to the new construction across the street), we were very upset and felt like we’d been misled. The house manual provided in the unit even refers to it as “Historic Riverview Downtown Flat No. 1.” The fact that the river……

“If you enjoy a well restored classic, vintage place this is it. The location was perfect for walking. Close by are shops, dining, and attractions such as museums. The interior is very well done as that it kept all of the charm without sacrificing comfort. The kitchen is cozy with everything anyone could need to make a meal. A sitting room is a pleasant space to relax if traveling with other people. I told my husband I would buy this place in a heartbeat. A lovely experience.”

“Ideal for walking around the historic district, along the river walk, within blocks of great pubs and dining, marine and heritage museums. We felt immersed in the interesting and diverse history of Astoria’s people and the surrounding natural elements of the Columbia River. Flat is well kept and comfortable, pictures are accurate. It is an older building so you will hear people in flat above. There is a multistory building being constructed across the street so day time was noisy but we were……

“Great place to stay. It was a pleasant surprise. Very quiet, and comfortable. It has a very nice kitchen although we didn't use it, but their are very good restaurants close by. The bathroom could use a larger vanity. The TV had closed caption displayed all the time. Couldn't get rid of it. Brandy couldn't figure it out either. Otherwise she was excellent.”

“Multiple maintenance issues with the condo. Reported already to Bloomer Estates. 1. Elevator not working2. Front door was not locked. Told by the housekeeper that it did not work to code in.3. Screen to the patio door had a huge whole in the screen.4. The freezer in the refrigerator was totally iced over with ice hanging from the inside.”
