This home features an open-concept living space, vaulted ceilings, and a warm and welcoming ambiance throughout. Use the full kitchen to whip up a delicious pancake breakfast or something special for your dinner guests. Sitting on one hundred acres, this home enjoys nearby hiking trails, opportunities for hunting, a bass-stocked pond, and a rowboat available to guests!

You'll find plenty to explore on the 100 acres of land surrounding this home, but if you want even more to check out, the Finger Lake Trails and the Missy Bank Trail, overlooking Bath, NY, are totally worth it. The Cohocton River is great for kayaking and fishing. Hammondsport is just five miles away with some unique shopping at The Cinnamon Stick and an array of antique stores to choose from. There are also local breweries and wineries to explore including the Brewery of Broken Dreams and Bully Hill Vineyards. Watkins Glen is also nearby with popular racing events.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
