"Coming from England late flight in the late check in was super helpful, also being English I need my tea and the staff was lovely to go get me some fresh milk to put in the fridge in the room so that I could have a decent cuppa small thing but really appreciated the lady on the main desk was lovely so kind and caring really warm welcome. Good breakfast and comfy beds"

"I have stayed here now three time, there is one staff person I truly think amazing and is always accommodating and delightful. My rooms in the past have been dirty and not cleaned properly. I’m glad to say that this time the room was clean. It was my first experience here where I wasn’t grossed out. We did have an issue with the toilet running and not stopping. Maintaince came by and determined a part needed to be replaced. But the part replacement wasn’t in stock in the building and needed to be ordered. The hotel was sold out so we couldn’t get a new room. We did manage to get the toilet to stop running (as it was very loud and couldn’t sleep with it on). Glad to say the issue resolved and it shut off without issues the rest of our stay. I would suggest the prior to the big parent weekend for Syracuse University where hotel is fully booked to stock up on parts with maintenance to avoid issues. Goi n forward. All in all our stay went well. Appreciated the clean room and friendly staff we encountered during our stay. Please think about getting larger towels for bathrooms, topping off shower gels and shampoos on major weekends, (shower gel ran out in our bathroom). Or provide more than two towels. The size of the towels are small and I myself need two towels one for hair one for body. I would also recommend having air fryer available in lobby for guest to use. Or toaster oven. Some leftovers don’t heat well in microwave."

"This was my 4th or 5th stay now at Knights Inn. It’s exactly what I need for a visit with my college student. Hotel staff have always been pleasant and welcoming. I even offered to move to a smaller room because my original party of 4, turned into a party of 1. Staff were welcome to make any changes I asked for. But, in the end just kept my room the way it was. Rooms have always been clean and ready upon arrival for all of my stays"

"King size room was very roomy. It felt like we were staying in a place with two rooms because there was a TV across from the sofa and another TV at the foot of the bed. The room was clean and smelled good when we arrived and the room had a little fridge and also a microwave. Complimentary breakfast was pretty good. Hot food choices were self made Belgium waffles and . Premade refrigerated sausage, egg, and cheese breakfast sandwiches. Bagels, toast, and cereal options were available for cold breakfast choices."
