“Good bed, good shower, good towels. That’s all I needed. But: no Kleenex, no cups for coffee or teethbrushing, rusty radiator in bathroom, nice deck but the deck screen door was off and set aside and the deck table was creepy dirty. I was glad to have a convenient place in the village, but the upkeep could be better.”

“From the outside, it looks neglected, but we were pleasantly surprised when we walked in our room. Everything is updated except for the bathroom. We just kind of ignored that Room lol.”

“This is a traditional hunting & fishing lodge environment. Nothing fancy for sure, but it's clean and neat. Fine for a short term stay. No amenities. Half the price of the hotels closer to downtown.”

“The room was dirty the bathtub still had soap on the side of it from the last time someone stayed here the pull out mattress had really nasty stains on it the floor in the bathroom had a lot of build up of dirt on the corners of the floor. The pool was nice. Breakfast didn’t have much just some eggs and bacon with bagels and muffins and a few juices. Not terrible for the price but definitely not one of the nicer ones within that price range.”

“It was so bad that we changed hotels hours after checking in. The room smelled like a dog had eliminated in it. The door had marks on it that looked like it had been forced open. The deadbolt was inoperable. The soap dispensers appeared to be glued on the wall. The microwave looked like something had caught fire in it. There was mold in the freezer. It appeared like the proprietors lived there along with several other people. There was an empty inoperable in ground pool and a tiki bar with a……

“The hotel was wonderful. This brand-new resort offers excellent amenities, including mini golf, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a hot tub, and a beautiful luxury bar and restaurant. It is conveniently located just a short distance from downtown Skaneateles. Our room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. The entire property was well maintained and beautifully designed. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return. Highly recommended!”
