“Great location, but room was dirty. There was a huge wad of hair under the TV and dust on the night stands. Asked if there were any other rooms facing the bay and they said no. Staff said they would send housekeeper to clean immediately and we waited over an hour and they still hadn’t gone. They hadn’t notified housekeeper when they said they would because the lady at the front desk “forgot” and when we went to ask, they finally did. Other than that, the stay was ok. There was a lot of street……

“The room was spacious and clean and overall good. The only negatives I had was you can hear all the noise from the highway and the red light constantly made noise that we could hear from our room. The hotel is not in that great of an area and there are homeless people all around there but for the price it was good. ”

“Clean room, friendly staff. Perfect for a weekend getaway. Room was comfortable with all the amenities needed. Room was a walk away from the beach with a private entrance to the beach including a shower for rinsing ”

“My experience at residence Inn was not very good. First of all. They made me wait for a very long time for a room and stated that their cleaning person had quit and there was someone new and they were taking forever, then they put me in a room next to some body who was very noisy hanging outside talking very loudly so I asked to move. I had to wait over an hour for another room then I get to the room my towels were stained and dirty, so I had to give them back and ask them for some clean white……

“Property in bad condition. Breakfast? Coffee, yogurt, granola, apple cereal. Not a piece of bread! This ia not a continental breakfast. The property seems to be uninhabited. ”

“The condo was very uncomfortable. The sofa in the living room was very low to the floor when you sat on it you could actually feel the wood frame. There was no comfortable seating. The bed was old very soft. We woke up the first morning and found a dead cockroach by the bed. The floors were in terrible condition. The patio door was difficult to open because it was so rusty ”

“I didn’t have the breakfast. Parking was good and well lit and safe, although they did charge an extra $10 for parking. ”

“The front desk staff was rude and unhelpful and not welcoming at all! The toilet in the room was broke, like shattered, the AC stopped working the first day and we called several times each time with the guy promising he would could look at it but never came even though we saw him walking around the property! The beds were small and hard as rocks. We checked out a day before we were supposed to and went home. ”

“We enjoyed our stay here, the pool was clean and relaxing. The breakfast was great! There was waffles, cereal, yogurts, toast, muffins, banana, coffee, apple and orange juice. The room was clean and the AC worked great! ”

“El hotel está super bien ubicado, cerca de todo, muy limpio y ordenado nos quedamos 3 noches 2 días y todos los días cambiaban las toallas y limpiaban la habitación, estacionamiento muy amplio y la alberca de 10 no tengo ninguna queja 100 % recomendable ”
