"Side view of beach. Room was super clean. Pay your own parking. Good walking access to food and some entertainment. Beach appeared rather dirty in this area. "

"The bathroom had wallpaper coming off, the mirrors were streaking, the room with the ice machine was littered with dirty linens- even under the machine, the elevator doors were so dirty, the pool was like ice cubes. The Lobby was beautiful and the staff were friendly. It just felt like once you leave the lobby it’s a completely different hotel- more like a motel where you pay by the hour. "

"hotel is overpriced , besides they have charged usd 20 for early check in , this is funny because they dont have many customers ,furnitures old, room door old not properly functioned , tv old outdated , remote is not working good interior very ugly , it does not look I have seen in the pictures."

"The room was clean, although the bedframe needs a bit of an upgrade. The beach view is insane. We were literally in front of the water. Right in front of the USS Lexington. Air conditioning is fantastic. I love the Contemporary Room. The name speaks volumes. I will definitely be back again. Thank you so much for your hospitality and the snow cones. "

"I was running late and they cancelled my stay even though I was booked for several days. They didnt charge me and told me to rebook but they were no longer coming up under Hotels.com. My experience with Hotels.com was even worse. I needed to adk for refund . Kept getting ai bot that kept hanging up on me because it said my credit card didn't match, which it was correct. Finally after several exhausting attempts to talk to live person and many searches on right number, I spoke to someone. They informed me they had to email property and wait for response. Istill have not received my refund and if it is not done today I will be doing 1 star reviews on Hotel.com on every platform I can. The whole experience was nightmare. ☆After two weeks of hassle and disputes hotels.com has not returned my payment. This is not right as the hotel did not charge me . This is right out robery "
