The room was clean and only about an hour from Yosemite. I like that this place accommodates dogs and the staff at the restaurant were all super friendly.

Beautiful property opened in May 2024, about 20 min. from the entrance to the Yosemite park. We booked a 2 bedroom cottage (king queen bed). The cottages are free standing, each with a separate entrance. The parking is just outside the cottage (no valet). The cottage was modern, with an high ceiling, and a patio. The room was clean and big. Nice fireplace. Restaurant on site. Close to the national park. Beautiful nature around.

Stayed here after our camping trip. We used the laundry room, it’s $3 to wash and $3 to dry. I bought laundry detergent and fabric softener sheets in Mariposa, $5 for about 6 loads. The laundry room was clean. The property was quiet. My room was clean and comfortable. I am definitely going to come back for our post camping trips. Mariposa is a cute town about 15 mins away. .

Super convenient location, large property with lots of amenities

Excellent place to stay . Don’t listen to the bad reviews it is obvious they thought they would be staying at a 5 star hotel . This is glamping and we loved it . We stayed at one of the yurts(tents) and it was awesome , we had a ceiling and floor fan , refrigerator and electricity, queen size bed , it was cozy and fun . Coming from the East Bay Area, I found the level of service, friendliness, and willingness to help extraordinarily HIGH! Much higher that you can hope for! Awesome CS level! Returned after 9pm from dinner in Mariposa, we were unable to find parking. Ran into a staff member who recognized our plight. She immediately volunteered her space close to the Clubhouse! Check in and out process was super easy, staff at Cedar Lodge were very friendly. The Wi-Fi is actually superb which was a great surprise (it’s also free). Location is right on main road but secluded enough and a short 20 min from park entrance. Inside is very clean and well kept with plenty of cooking supplies, including a stove top and toaster among other things. Would definitely recommend.
