Nice staff, very clean, loved the pool!

I would be extremely wary of staying at this property; while it was easy to make the reservation through Hotels.com, the customer service from PMI Scenic City Rentals (the Property Management) was inadequate and unhelpful. We arrived at the site after 4 PM to discover there is no onsite management and no room assignment or room access code had been provided. We left several messages with PMI Scenic City and received no response. We contacted their call center and were immediately pointed to customer service at Hotels.com. We spoke to the Hotels.com customer service team, requesting a refund and cancellation of the reservation, as we had to secure other lodging accommodations in Chattanooga. Hotels.com contacted PMI Scenic City requesting a refund but was denied. The date of this review is June 23rd; and as of this date, five (5) full days have passed without any proactive contact or customer service interest on the part of PMI Scenic City. We were never able to check in to the room, so we could see the accommodations, but I would give the property location and it’s customer service process no more than a single star.

This is an older property and in poor condition. The paint is peeling off the walls in many places. There is damage that has not been corrected, The property was busy, as it is near the interstate and there were a plethora of college and travel teams playing this time of year, coupled with the World Cup. My sink was stopped up and it was a Friday. The answer I got was, "the maintenance guy will be back Monday." They didn't fix it. The ice machine on my floor was not functional. At least the AC was cold. Let's just say I would never stay here again.

Brand new hotel. You could smell the new paint in the room. Tried using Expedia and filter for free breakfast. Only breakfast you are getting here is if you make it yourself. Thanks Expedia.
