Lovely stay in a beautiful area with a beautiful city view. Staff was very kind, specifically the bartender with red hair, I didn't catch her name, but she was fantastic.
I only give 4 stars because the room itself was clearly not maintained well. The coffee pot when we arrived did not work (which they did offer to fix), the door on the dresser covering the fridge was loose so when you would open it to access the fridge, it would drop down a bit and you’d have to lift it to to close it back. There was also some kind water damage on the cover for the ac unit and the bulb for the lamp on the desk was literally dangling down.
Overall we loved the location, views, friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is gorgeous from an architectural perspective. I just wish that they maintained the rooms a bit more.

Excellent weekend stay. Property is well located to enjoy all of the activities Gatlinburg has to offer, but removed from the overly crowded area so you have peace and quiet in the evening. Balcony overlooking the Little Pigeon River provided a welcome respite from the heat of the day. Property is well maintained. Friendly, helpful staff. Very accomodating for my companionndog. Will definitely be back.

Was really nice, great setup, fully equipped, comfortable with superb views of the mountains. The pool, hot tub and sauna are very nice after a day of hiking. The location is ideal, the national park and Gatlinburg are both just a few minutes away. The furniture was a tad worn but overall very satisfied.

Overall I really enjoyed it but the rooms were most certainly old and run down. Nothing major, it was just in need of repairs and updating. Location was perfect, everything was walkable from the hotel

We were put in a room outside the main hotel location a few doors down the street. It seemed isolated and a little spooky. The room was clean, but seemed to be well-lived in. We appreciated the refrigerator and microwave. The outdoor pool was closed, so we could not use it. It was full of frogs that chirped loudly all night long outside of our room.

"The staff was very friendly and the room I picked which was a suite was huge! My kids absolutely loved it. Breakfast area is small but it was good. 10/10 recommend for a cheaper hotel. No it's not luxurious but it was perfect for us and we felt at home!"
