If you knew all day that the house was no longer available why wait until guest drives two hours and cancel 10 minutes prior to check in. This should have been communicated when the host knew the unit was no longer available"

"The house was adequate for a family gathering. But there was not enough information about how to run the thermostat. It was very cold when we arrived and we didn’t figure the thermostat out until the last day. Owner should include instructions in the welcome information."
