“Waited 30mins for someone to even get to the front desk guest was getting very aggravated Check in took almost two hours room was not ready still needed to be cleaned both days I went down for breakfast most items ran out trash was full counters was not clean ”

“We returned to this hotel after it had be renovated. We were there during the reno before. The front desk staff were super friendly and were very welcoming. I had to ask one of the cleaning staff for an extra towel and she was very kind and helpful. This hotel is at the end of the shopping area right across the street from the Sam’s! The pool looked very nice even though we didn’t use it. The breakfast was great. Lots of selection and the area was very clean. We would definitely book……
