When first arrived we were given a room that had not been cleaned and when we told the front desk they did nothing to make up for the mistake. Bellman was very kind and helpful.

This is a prime Time Square location. It's an old, noisy hotel but has so much character and the wine happy hour is great. Rooms are good size too! The included breakfast is grab-and-go, but it's great.

It's a noisy neighborhood. The hotel kindly provides earplugs, but it's not enough to shut out the heavy street noise that continues well past midnight on weekends

I’m glad that we went for the Harrison location even though most of my dealings were in Newark. Everything in the area was shut down by 8pm with the exception of the gas station right next door and a nearby quickCheck which was very convenient.
I just ordered room service and the food was gross.
The rest of the front staff were excellent
Seems to be a popular place for NYC commuters to live as it is a relatively quiet suburb with lots of large apartment complexes all near the PATH train station. Nothing much to see, but it fits the needs of someone in town on business or touring NYC.
I would definitively stay there again and recomend it to others.
The breakfast staff and cleaning staff were very kind and accommodating.
