Great location for Broadway shows! Everything was very walkable. The staff was lovely. Definitely could use AC, but the windows do open which made it doable.

Check-in went very smoothly the room definitely had everything we needed. This was a staffless hotel however the Hotel staff ( James specifically )was very helpful and swift to confirm and assist with anything we needed. I’m glad that we went for the Harrison location even though most of my dealings were in Newark. Everything in the area was shut down by 8pm with the exception of the gas station right next door and a nearby quickCheck which was very convenient.
I just ordered room service and the food was gross.
The rest of the front staff were excellent
Seems to be a popular place for NYC commuters to live as it is a relatively quiet suburb with lots of large apartment complexes all near the PATH train station. Nothing much to see, but it fits the needs of someone in town on business or touring NYC.
I would definitively stay there again and recomend it to others.
The breakfast staff and cleaning staff were very kind and accommodating.
