“The staff were all decent people but the sheets were like sleeping on plastic. The Buffett breakfast consisted of literally just toast because they were out of everything. The shades in my room were awful. Lastly, the entire hotel smelled like cigarettes and the people staying there were sketchy as hell.”

“Our room was upstairs on the 2nd floor. My mom is 90 there was no elevator for her. That was brutal. There was something being built near parking area which looked unfinished. We had a balcony view which looked onto the parking area. There’s a hospital across the street and during the night we heard very loud helicopter noise overhead. I had requested no dairy for breakfast and my omelette had cheese in it. My sisters room was on the first floor which was next to the breakfast/eating area. She……

“Breakfast was hot fresh and extensive...many choices! Hot tub was perfect temp and pool was clean. This property was walking distance to many restaurants and shops. The staff was exceptional!”

“Unfortunately we got locked out of our room because of an error on the hotel’s part they gave us a room with a broken door. We waited an hour or so for the owner to come and you could tell it’s happened multiple times before the door had marked of other attempts.i just wish I did pay full price for a not fully functioning room”

“All good I got very late but the receptionist was so nice and give us two room closer to each other cause I had to have two room. I love the two that’s my favorite so far.”

“It gets the job done for an overnight stay. Very close to Bradley International Airport and lots of dining choices nearby. The A/C worked great and bed was comfortable. Room was clean. On the negative side, it’s very dated and could use a total refurbish. Don’t bother with the free breakfast. Other than juice and coffee, sparse offering of maybe a bagel and maybe cereal. I didn’t look very hard as there was not much to see there. Easy check-in and check-out and plenty of free parking……
