Nice hotel. Only negative was that the shower body wash dispenser was empty so we used the hair shampoo to bath. Suggestion- clear dispensers would solve this as the ones they now use are black.

I didn’t quite understand why the toilet paper roll was so far away and such a long reach down. There was a construction site but thankfully we were there for a weekend. It was a nice hotel and the staff was very friendly. It almost seemed like the chain didn’t need our business as they did not comp one thing.

Great location across from USM, with cute restaurants and coffee shops in the area. The rooms are so nice, but I was disappointed in the cleanliness and condition of the bathroom, and the bathroom rug was in tatters! Does the good outweigh the bad—yes. But just not perfection as I had expected.

This property was fantastic. Everything about this property was amazing, from the cleanliness, to comfortable beds, to the great shower and the nice front desk staff. Also walking distance to restaurants! We would stay here again!

Hotel was very nice, clean, and accessible. Only thing I’d change is for the property to have at least 2 complimentary bottles of water in each room. Most nice hotels have this amenity.
