“Excellent stay. Quiet neighborhood and comfortable space. I’m visiting small towns in NE Texas looking for some retirement property or home. Diane’s place is centrally located in between two lakes and the charming town of Mineola. The room was more than enough for a solo traveler. I booked through Expedia and apparently there is some issue with the communication with the VRBO app. It seemed like our messages were delayed or didn’t come through on one app but would show up on the other app.……

“Booked a king was given 2 single beds. No shampoo, soap or anything! Comforter was stain and looked like it needed to be washed! If you need a place to stay with no other options this is it. Otherwise spend a few more dollars and get better quality, cleanliness, and amenities!”
