Great stay. Friendly staff confusing on registering for parking with outside company.

Good service! But wish there was free parking

Great place with great staff. The rooms were clean and cery spacious. Location was close to LAX.

I didnt like being charge 22 per day for parking, i was never told about the fee, and i think it was a very dishonest move of the hotel

Right in the middle of everything!

Great staff !

We were so happy with our stay. The room was spacious and made being in a hotel room with a toddler so easy. We used the hotel's pack n play and it was in great condition and very clean with a nice soft sheet in it. Having a full kitchen was also wonderful and all the appliances worked great. We also loved the breakfast the hotel provided each morning. It had great options for all of us. The one thing to mention is the hotel is in a busy area so you will hear traffic noise and the train whizzing...

Great place - easy parking, pool, breakfast included!

We needed a clean place to sleep and shower while exploring LA and Disneyland for a few days. I was pleased to find a place with free parking and WiFi. We looked at places in Anaheim but nearly everyone had bed bug or other icky issues recently. Hawthorne Plaza Inn met our needs. It’s not fancy by any means but it was clean, quiet, we always got a parking spot, and the front desk sells drinks for $1- how convenient! There’s no pool or breakfast included but the price is unbeatable for the area,...

I have stayed here multiple times and will continue to come back. Make a couple trips a month and this place is by far one of the better ones in the area. It’s quiet and the property is clean. Rooms are clean and spacious.

Hotel front desk and support staff were professional. Staff displayed bilingual skills. Rapid check in and check out. Hotel common areas and room appeared sufficiently clean. Room properly equipped with all basic home necessities. Hotel is fitted with modern luxury furniture. Observed visitor parking spaces are limited. Location within walking distance of various retail and restaurant businesses. The area consists of highly mobile and foot traffic fairly typical of urban location. Would...

Was greater then most hotels in that areas. Good price friendly staff

We really enjoyed our stay! Safe neighborhood only a 10min Uber to universal studios. Very safe neighborhood. Clean property and accommodating. The only thing I notice was the wallpaper is starting to peel, but it’s also obvious they are actively working on updating the property. Breakfast is pastries only, but if you want more there are dozens of options within 2 blocks. Very much would stay there again.

We loved the location, the pool, the relaxing vibe, the breakfast. Fabulous place to stay!

Loved the city view from my non-smoking room, and the daily housekeeping was a nice touch. Thanks for making it a good experience for me.
