Staff is very pleasant and very accommodating to any requests. Location is in a nice area near to Heathrow and with good transportation to central London.

Great during an overnight layover. Arrived and left using the bus stop right outside the hotel. Would stay again.

Once we found the hotel, it was a great place to stay. The room was clean, comfortable and spacious. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. Close to the train to ride into center city.

We were only in England for five days so I did not get the opportunity to enjoy the property as much as I had hoped, plus the weather was uncooperative. The staff and restaurant and rooms were lovely though. I have a local friend in chertsey who was able to drive us (me and my friend )to the nearby train station when we wanted to go into London. Otherwise it is a short Uber ride to get to Weybridge train station. The prices were very reasonable. Highly recommend.

Loved it. We were in room one and it was steps from the pub/restaurant. room was nice. And staff was very friendly.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Nice and pleasant room and beds. Great location - only about a 10-minute walk to either of the two train/London Overground stations. Felt safe overall walking back to the hotel even at night - for a family with two children. The fast National Rail train takes only 15-20 minutes to get to London-Euston station from Watford Junction.

Nice area. A little bit of a train ride in, but doable, if going for the typical tourist attractions. We chose because there were 3 of us and wanted 2 beds and more space. Good breakfast and convenient store across the street.

Lovely hotel in the heart of Camden. Tan was very helpful, providing us a very early check in. Room was large (executive) with balcony and view. Breakfast was included and quite a nice spread with good quality. I would highly recommend!

Very nice hotel with a spacious room on the top floor. As a forewarning, there are no lifts! There is a restaurant downstairs that we did not get to try, but always seemed busy. There is also a speakeasy-esque bar in the basement. All of the employees were extremely nice and willing to help in any way. The room and hotel was very clean, and we really enjoyed the overall aesthetic that was present throughout the entire hotel. The location is a bit off the beaten path, so if you want something...

The staff is the best!!! The hotel has a modern feel, very clean and comfortable -- the room and shower were a bit small but functional. We loved our stay of three nights and will return...great location as well.

Staff was very friendly, the spa and rooms were very nice. Only complaint was that we had many issues with the lighting and curtain controls in the rooms. But everything else was perfect. Very nice hotel and close to major train station
