"Property was very nice and room was well appointed and very clean. We asked to move rooms due to concerns about noise, but were told the property was fully booked. Jude at the front desk was incredibly helpful with options to getting into central London."

"This hotel was so modern and high tech. The rooms and reception area were very clean. The food was excellent and the staff was friendly! It also is very conveniently located near the London Eye and from my room I had views of the river. There are many black cars at the entrance but also the option for the bus across the street and the metro about 5 minutes way."
