“Our room was lovely and spacious, and the routine breakfast was pretty good. Our coffee maker was broken, but was replaced. Evidently, the custom is to not offer maid service unless requested. We had to ask for clean towels and coffee. Would have been nice to have a maid come in, make the bed, tidy up the room, and refill the coffee supply.”

We would have tried to get a different motel/hotel but they were full in this small town. It's all by phone...if you need help with something, forget it.
