“There was visible mold growing on the walls of the room. There was previous water damage on the upper and lower portion of the walls in the first room so I asked to be changed. The second room had visible mold growing on the walls of the bathroom and sink area, not a little bit, it lined the entire doorway. I asked to be changed again and the management said that I was in the best room they had and that it would be the same in all the rooms. They said they had no other rooms available when……

“Everything was just as described and beautiful! We loved all the small amenities (USB power chargers by the beds, coffee pods, extra blankets, firewood, corn hole, etc...). It was a beautiful place and we had a great time! Our family of 5 had plenty of space. We loved the nearness to downtown Mentone, Desoto State Park, and other hiking spots. Hosts were helpful and communicative. Instructions were very clear and easy to follow.”
