“A wonderful property. As advertised. Spent 4 nights visiting our son who lives in Cap Hill. Centrally located, close to great restaurants. Parking was never really an issue. Perfect for a couple, we will be back!!”

The rug in the living room and carpets throughout the house were severely dirty and can use some deep cleaning. The rug had curled corners which caused us to trip a few times. “This was an easy reservation made so by the host. The property was spotless, in a great location, and perfectly appointed as described. I would recommend staying here for 1-2 persons, though I think the couch is a pull-out if the host allows for up-to-4 people. Appliances and amenities were top notch!”

“This stay was great. Communication, the place, the view, the location (close to everything), it somehow felt private while you were there. You are right in the highway but it was quiet except for deliberately obnoxious trucks/cars. I would think you'd deal with this anywhere. We brought a Sierra Denali EV (very long truck). “Father/son trip to see an Avalanche game. Perfect location. Close to the arena and downtown. Condo was very clean. I appreciated the basics being included (TP, paper towels, soap, dish detergent, washer machine pods, even coffee!!!). Thank you for all that. In our travels those are often not included with VRBO type rentals. Beds were comfortable, and showers had great water pressure.We would definitely stay here again.”
