“I’m 75 years old and I’ve been using Expedia for years. I’ve been staying at roadside hotels for even longer. I don’t think I’ve ever had a more difficult check-in experience. I stood at at the counter for 45 minutes trying to get a room. I was told my reservation didn’t come through so I went on to Expedia and secured a reservation. “Very clean property with amazing beds and hot showers. Never seen ANY staff on site, but when a question was asked via texted, they were quick to respond. Real nice place and convenient access to downtown. Our room did have some minor issues tho…. Batteries in AC remote dead, tiles in bathroom were broke, and the transition from room to bathroom was a trip hazard… especially in the dark. Still very clean and quiet.”

“Good: Nice area, easy to find, reasonably convenient location, helpful staff, great price, great parking, good diners nearby, good AC. BUT, room very musty, smelled of urine, very hot on arrival (AC off and window with holes in bent screen open), door jamb split as if it had previously been forced open, puddles in bathroom. I like simple, inexpensive, funky motels when I just need a place to sleep but this was smelly and seemed poorly maintained.”
