“There was nothing about this place that was just ok, nor was there anything that was outstanding. We had the two bedroom which was nice and spacious and a full kitchen which was nice. Our toilet was a 1.6 gallon per flush model and it struggled to rinse everything down, especially the paper itself which was frustrating to say the least. The tv in the living area was the smallest of the three in the suite which was odd to us, but these rooms likely cater to transient workers, not couples like……

“The room that we were in, the air conditioner was so loud that when it would come on, it woke us up. Like a compressor that was working too hard. It also did not cool off the room. Set at 69 we were still too hot. Overall, the hotel was good. The casino had a good restaurant with good pricing and good food.”

“God location for what we needed close to all food and shopping. The staff was great.the m8dnight shift lady working thursday june 19th was DELIGHTFUL to talk too. The day manager is soo chipper and pleasant to EVERYONE would definitely stay here again. The pool hot tub and gym were good too.”

“The hotel is in need of a serious upgrade. The hot tub wasn't working, the restaurant was not open in the evening, the breakfast was extremely minimal. Carpets are crumpled and thread bare - it feels tired and needs upkeep. I will find a different hotel next time we stay in Red Deer, and would not recommend this one.”

“Muddy pool Intoxicated guest allowed in the breakfast area. Unattended breakfast area while the intoxicated person was wondering between the serving table. Manager came in to help and check in, that’s good but needs to improve that part.”

“Bed sheets and mattress had stains. Overall room was disgusting. Will never go back.”

“To start, when I showed up they gave my room to someone else. So they downgraded my room and refused to give me a discount for it (I already payed in advance.) My doors swipe mechanism didn’t work. And when I went to the office to be let in everyday. I was greeted with eye rolls and big sighs. They were so rude. The sheets had holes in them. “For price points my go to spot in Red Deer. Rooms are clean, staff is great, bed is comfortable. Add the North 50 Pub attached to the motel and it is hard to beat, amazing food for low prices.”
