The bed was comfortable, but the place is not really clean. The hotel looks like it needs a serious makeover. Can’t complain for $78/night though— you get what you pay for.

Breakfast was good. The first day there was a hair in the hash potatoes. And the original waffle batter run out, so you had to have the other kind. It didn’t seem like anyone was there at the front desk at all times. And we asked for four extra pillows and they said we can only have 3. The hot tub was warm, but the pool was pretty cold. There was toy lid under the ac from the previous occupant. So it seems like they didn’t clean it thoroughly. Overall it was just okay. I’ve stayed at better BWH.

Close to many restaurants and easy access to downtown and freeways. Easy parking along street with additional parking lots on the same block. Activities at the hotel are awesome and staff was so pleasant. Also, the rooftop bar on site has great views and Cam, one of the bartenders, went above and beyond with customer service. Won’t stay anywhere else when coming to Salt Lake for work.

Fantastic stay. Wonderful rooms, very comfortable bed. Balcony was a treat. There was a small issue of cleanliness where there was water leftover in the coffee pot and towels left on the bathroom floor when I arrived. Other than that, I very much enjoyed my stay.
