Food excellent

I will stay here again. This was the best hotel experience i have had in a long time. They thought of many things to make the stay better. I was impressed that Abraham, the shuttle driver gave us a map of surrounding places to eat and shop near the hotel and also gave us menus for deluvery since we were hungry. They were very attentive during breakfast and kept the area very clean. The hotel was very clean and updated.

The check-in process was easy and the room was very nice. Giovanni was extremely helpful and gave us the name of a restaurant to try out. Casa Juan’s was very good and a close walk from the hotel.

I would definitely visit here again!!!! The staff was friendly the free breakfast wasn't a continental breakfast they even had a section that made omelets to your specification. The texting service was a great feature I was able to text to see if they had transportation to the cruise port for Virgin which they did for $12 per person. Funny story I can laugh at now😩. Clean comfortable property. Free shuttle van from airport to property. Decent breakfast and love those cinnamon rolls. If going to the cruise port, shuttle only $14/per person and was able to schedule shuttle from cruise port to airport, for after our cruise was completed. Again for just $14/per person. They make it very easy. Will definitely be back.

Stayed for one night before leaving for cruise. Convenient shuttle service from airport and to the cruise port. Clean, nice staff, mini market (seemed like it was stocked for cruisers 👍), comfortable bed, and decent free breakfast.

Newer hotel so doesn't have the usual "worn out" vibe of your usual airport hotel. This is my go to hotel for enroute travel to/from the Caribbean, I stay here an average of 2x a month because its consistent and reliable plus the front desk staff is very friendly and nice.

Lots or restaurants and shops near by walking distance. The property was clean and staff very nice. The transportation was only $8 pp to cruise port.

It was only a one night stay before a cruise. Was able to book transportation to the port and the driver was awesome. None of the shower soap/shampoo dispensers were full, but it was only a one night stay so I didn’t complain and I just used my own.

I usually don’t write reviews, but wanted to this time because I do not agree with some of the negative feedback. The hotel is ideal for those coming into Miami for a cruise. That’s the reason to stay at this Comfort Inn. It’s not for south beach or Miami sight-seeing, but it is great for cruisers.
