“We were in Room 324 at the Holiday Inn Express in Memphis, Tennessee. There was no internet access during our 2 day stay. Simply not acceptable and feel it's basically false advertising. The breakfast was not up to par with the rest of my stays at Holiday Inn Express or IHG properties. Pancakes were doughy and basically uncooked. There was a parked car outside my room window and it was full of trash. It remained in the parking lot throughout our stay and remained there when we left. The outside……
