Son muy muy atentos y amables para solucionar cualquier imprevisto, en mi caso: se acabo el agua del tinaco y lo resolvieron, organizaron horarios de baño para alistarnos todos, nos dieron opción de transporte muy temprano para llegar a nuestro compromiso, sirvieron más temprano el desayuno para ajustarse a nuestros horarios, nos extendieron el horario del checkout, ofrecieron opciones para turistear. "If you want to stay here you better bring your own blanket. There’s no heater . asked for one and never received it. Doors and windows are not sealed you can see around the frame. And a tip you have to pay at the property since they say that Expedia cannot charge for the room ( so I had to call Expedia so they could refund the money that they had charge my account ) and the property wanted me to pay there if I wanted the room that I had reserved. Had to knock at the door for someone to look...

"El Lugar está muy bonito y muy limpio, la familia muy amable, pero hace falta señalización, llegamos en la noche y nos perdimos, el establecimiento está dentro de un fraccionamiento y no se ve ningún anuncio en los alrededores ni afuera de este, como es carretera está obscuro y no se distinguen los arcos de la entrada. Sugiero poner algún anuncio o letrero cerca, para ubicarnos más fácil. De ahí en más todo estuvo excelente, la comida y el servicio muy buenos."
