“We thought the location was fabulous! Tons of amenities close at hand, access to the underground and really central to go to many attractions. We even spoke with a staff who was originally from Italy and she was so lovely. It was definitely different from staying at a hotel but we really enjoyed. ”

“This place had the most comfortable bed of our entire 2.5 week trip. We had everything we needed, and anything we forgot, the staff provided gladly. They were friendly and recommended some local restaurants. The tube station is about a 9 minute walk, so we were able to get around with no issue. My only problem was figuring out how to use the washer/dryer combo. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking implements and the towels were super soft! They even gave us slippers to wear in the room! Great……

“La habitación para dos personas bastante bien, te dejan toallas y geles de baño, también les pedimos un secador y nos lo dejaron. A parte las instalaciones cuentan con patio al aire libre donde hay mesas para comer y mesas de pin pon, un gimnasio y una zona con televisiones. También pedimos un pedido de Amazon y nos lo recogieron sin problema en recepción. Personal agradable y la parada de bus y metro a unos 7 minutos andando. Recomiendo quedarse en este alojamiento si vienes a Londres”

“This is my third stay at this hotel. The only drawback is the stairs, but the spacious and comfortable rooms, complete with a small pantry, make it feel like a home away from home. I would recommend this hotel for visitors with small luggage, as navigating with large bags can be challenging. During this stay, we encountered some issues with the toilet. However, as always, the staff were extremely helpful and provided 24/7 support to resolve the problem. Despite these challenges, we are happy to……

“Cerca de una terminal de metro y tren, te queda cerca a pie si llegas del aeropuerto, cerca de las paradas de bus, cafés y restaurantes al rededor, es un depto. “The only reason why i think is worth staying in this apartment is near to where my daughter ls living. Will not stay here again, the area is not too bad ,but the security of the building itself is not good enough. ”

"Good location"

"I'm very concerned with the sleeping quality that I can get in a hotel so this hotel is between 3 to 4 out of 5 for me. The bedding is very comfortable and the room is very decent and clean. The only downside is that the wall and door are really too thin, and that the hotel is busy with people in and out. The door when closed would create a loud noise capable of waking everyone up. You can hear the music and conversation of the adjacent room easily. Also, the cleansing staff, although having done a great job in cleaning, was really creating loud noise when they clean (including slamming the door of the cleaning room). Despite putting up "do not disturb" sign outside my room, the staff knocked on my door at 9:20a.m. just to confirm if I need housekeeping service. This is simply too annoying and stressful for a quiet enjoyment of the room."
