“My wife and I stayed here for 12 days to spend the holidays with our daughters and other family. We’d lived in Princeton for 2 years prior to moving to Nashville and so we were familiar with the area. In fact, that was the primary reason for staying there.The location of this apartment is really the best attraction. You are right there in the heart of the town, near restaurants, the University, basically walking distance to everything (except perhaps one of the supermarkets). The apartment……

“The host was very prompt and communicative. The place was also nearby downtown and had beautiful interiors. The o to recommendation I have would be to eventually change out the bed comforter, some pillows, and the mattress cover. I investigated a little too deeply and saw big brown stains on all of them which I understand comes from many guests using them and doing who knows what over time. It's just nice to come to a clean-looking bed. It was also hard to get used to the upstairs neighbors. I……

“Had a wonderful stay. The place was clean, sunny, and very comfortable. Street parking is limited but the host provided multipleoptions. Geographically located in close proximity to/easily walkable to theaters, restaurants, shopping, University buildings, etc. We arrived and didn’t need the car until we left. James our host provided clear and timely information with excellent overall communication, and worked to accommodate a request we made. Would stay again!”

“Review: Not Exactly as Described.The property is well located within the city of Bayonne and driveway parking adjacent to the building is a major plus because street parking in the area is hard to find. Our disappointment was to find out that the description for this particular unit was not accurate, non existent items were: no hot tub, just plain shower floor, no separate dining area, no dining room table only sofa and coffee table, no computer monitor, no desk and chair, no kitchen isle, no……

“The property is close to downtown, absolutely true. BUT, I have stayed in the main floor unit twice and the upstairs unit once over the past 3 years. The property is getting worse. There is NO effort in maintaining much less improving the property.The main shower leaks through to the basement, the smaller bathroom shower has no working light, the oven is broken, kitchen sink constantly leaks, two rolls of toilet paper, and the AC WASN'T working for our stay. “The property was beautiful, the breakfast was good, the coffee available as early as we requested (4am!) and the suite was very spacious, clean and comfortable. Front desk was helpful in anything we needed.”

“We only stayed two nights in the property and spent very little time there since we were attending a celebration nearby. The location was great, the unit was spacious and comfortable and very very clean. The beds were terrific. We did not take advantage of the pool or the lovely ground outside, but it looks like a very relaxing place to stay and spend some time. We also did not take advantage of the breakfast Buffet, but that looked very nice as well. We would definitely stay here again.”
