We were there from Monday to Friday and every day was excellent service

We appreciated the early check in and late check out, as well as the shuttles to the airport and Cape Liberty. We enjoyed the welcoming and comfortable environment of the lobby area. We found the hotel computers to be lacking and the WiFi to be weak. We stayed twice, a week apart 🙂

If you’re planning a trip to New Jersey or to New York, I would highly recommend this hotel. First, it was easy getting a shuttle from and to the airport. Those drivers do NOT mess around and are eager to get you to where you need to go. Their breakfast was decent and they have a mini market area for some last minute grabs (I would recommend putting some lady products there though). Our room fit three of us comfortably and had a full kitchen so we could cook or heat up food if we wanted. The...

I got stuck staying a night in Newark when my flight got cancelled. The Crown Plaza was near the airport and had a free shuttle. The room was very nice and the staff was helpful. It took forever (30 minutes) to check in though as they were swamped because of the cancelled flights. Not too much in walking distance but the hotel did have its own bar and cafe. If in a similar situation I’d be willing to stay there again.

Loved everything about our stay at the Broadway Plaza Hotel. Front desk staff was incredibly nice and helpful as were their two security/doormen. Hotel was nice, room was clean and spacious for our family of 6, beds were very comfortable, and it was located in a very good location. Subway and restaurants were within walking distance, area is busy day and night but we slept without any disturbances. Highly recommend and look forward to our next stay here!

Great location! Great restaurants nearby! Comfortable beds. It would have been nice though if a little birthday card or something was put in my room! Other than that you cannot go wrong staying here and I’m planning to again!

This is a well maintained property in a safe walkable part of Midtown East. I would def stay here again (I'm tri-state and travel to the city often). One note for non-tech folks, there are no room keys, it's all done on your phone through an app. I've stay at hotels where this was an option, but for this hotel it is the only option. This does allow you to set everything up before arrival (maybe after you have stayed a few times), having said that there was a staff member there to help me through...
