"Host continuously requested money from me with no breakdown after i already purchased stay. Ruined my surprise party after already being planned for months and explained to him the situation. He wasn’t understanding at all , only bought this stay for my surprise party and ended up canceling it because of all the fees he insisted i pay to have it. Was over all upset and felt money was wasted."

"The overall space was good, however there was miscommunication about the internal conditions. There were 3 rooms, 2 twin bed, 1 queen and 1 king size bed. However in the description its says it sleeps 28. We understand typos happen, however the primary bedroom reeked of cigarette smoke & when brought to the host attention, it was brushed off with no offer of a remedy to make it more pleasant. "We booked a studio but ended up w it h a 3 bedroom penthouse with a private rooftop. The apartment was very clean and in a great part of the city. Would recommend this property! "

"Outside furniture was filthy, not enough washcloths for our group, no towel racks to hang towels, dishwasher is not secured, luggage racks would be useful and more hangers. It would have been wonderful to have info about the neighborhood- restaurants etc. "
