Enjoy Hilton Head Island in this designer decorated sealoft at 2031 Deer Island in Sea Pines Plantation. Classy coastal chic touches throughout this 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath sealoft with a shared Jack/Jill Shower/tub combination. Enjoy views from floor to ceiling windows that extend peek views of Calibogue Sound and the abundance of wildlife adorning the natural landscape. A leisure 100 yard walk to Harbour Town. Relax or dine al fresco on the expansive deck, featuring an electric grill.

Within a 3 minute walk, many fine shoppes, restaurants, golf/tennis and entertainment await you in Harbour Town. Your Hilton Head Island escape to enjoy the beaches, bike ride for miles, golf and play tennis or to simply relax should have this cozy, elegant home as your nest. Indoor Living with floor to ceiling windows, 3 Flat Screen Smart TV's and cable, comfortable living room upstairs. We offer Free Wi-Fi. All linens/towels/kitchen towels are provided. Trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, laundry and dish detergents and a first aid kit are provided.

Sleeping Options: Master Bedroom with Queen Bed, Second Bedroom also with a Queen Bed and a single sleeper fold out bed/chair and a single blow up mattress. The outdoor Oasis offers a private deck with outdoor dining area to seat six with a gas grill and a lounge area. The Kitchen is fully equipped and boosts stainless steel appliances, marble counter tops, dishwasher, ice maker, Keurig and regular drip coffee makers, blender and all the cooking basics and dishware you may need.

6 Beach Towels and Chairs (mix of low folding chairs and high collapsible chairs), rolling beach cart and cooler are provided as an added convenience. Umbrellas and boogie boards are for rent by the Lifeguards.

Parking for three vehicles available within driveway with a Sea Pines Plantation Pass fee required per vehicle for admittance onto the Plantation.

The Sea Pines Beach Club is 2 miles from the sealoft and may be accessed by free seasonal trolley, bike or car.

Entry to the sealoft is keyless. The sealoft is accessible by stairs only and therefore may not be suitable for those who have difficulty using stairs.

As usual we thoroughly enjoy the privacy that the sea lofts offer and yet be close to the activities of Harbour Town and the bicycle paths. Feeding of the deer near 5;00 each night is a bonus of connecting with nature—which we always value! Looking forward to our next time😀

Outside of the deck needing a power wash and the few cobwebs in the rafters, this place was perfect! Nice upgraded interior with new appliances. Very great location if you’re staying on HHI!

Really enjoyed our stay. The house was very unique in that it was a "tree house", clean, well-appointed and nicely decorated. Easy walk to Harbortown and restaurants/shops. Loved seeing the deer wandering around. Would definitely visit again.

So Fun!!
The treehouse was lovely and so unique. Within the first 5 minutes three deer walked right past us and my daughters were so exited. The windows in the property are so fun as they accentuate the treehouse feel as they are floor to ceiling and go around the entire home. Beds are super comfortable- most comfortable beds in any place I have rented. Thoughtful touches in kitchen for guests- beautifully decorated. Close to Harbour town which is fun! Great place! Thank you!

Unique & Beautiful Property
My family of three thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Sea Pines Treehouse! It was quiet, private and peaceful. We were taking our annual family summer vacation and looking for a little rest and relaxation and it did not disappoint. The floor to ceiling windows made for beautiful views. The property itself was modern and update with anything you could possibly need from a Keurig to a washer and dryer. The host even provides use of beach towels and chairs. Additionally, you are right in the middle of a beautiful area of Hilton Head called Deer Island. We awoke one morning to find a large bird (stork or crane) eating a snake! Last but certainly not least, you literally are within a 10 minute walk to Harbor Town. It was so nice to be able to walk to restaurants and shopping. I can't recommend this property enough.

The place is a fun and cozy place to stay. Loved the surrounding foliage. While the kitchen is well stocked with the 'hardware', be prepared to bring your own cooking essentials and coffee. Not a deal breaker at all.

Deer island tree house
Place well manicured and clean. New furnishings and excellent wifi. Location is super close to Harbourtown which we found out is very touristy. If you are planning to really enjoy the beaches, I would suggest renting somewhere closer to the beach. This location is close to the marshland side of Hilton head. You can get to the beaches just would have to drive and park. If you’re looking for a quiet stay and some good eating this place is for you.

Perfect little getaway place
Adorable bungalow to get away right in the middle of nature but with all of the amenities and walking distance to the pier and lighthouse. The property was very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed plus check in was easy and smooth. Thank you we had a lovely experience.

Awesome for couples looking for a quiet place.
Really nice and very clean. Everything was exactly as described. The place is so neat, nestled in the tree tops with deer visiting us daily. Real short walk or bike ride to harbor town shops and restaurants. Me and my wife had a wonderful stay.

Lovely spot for an anniversary trip
This cozy treehouse is the perfect spot for a secluded getaway that is just steps from Harbourtown! The accommodations are clean and updated, the host is easy to work with, and the location is peaceful and private while also putting you within easy walking distance of restaurants, shops, watersports and more. And as advertised, Deer Island does have deer!
