"The room seemed a bit dated but some renovations had happened to the bathroom. The room was clean and bed was nice. The breakfast was worth getting with a decent selection and views of the lake available. The gym was fairly decent however some of the machines needed some maintenance due to issues with the cables when using. Staff were helpful when we had questions and called a taxi for us on departure. "

"Much appreciation to the staff of this fun little boutique hotel. To a person they were friendly, charming, and helpful. I was made to feel super welcome. The property itself is very nice. I had a large ground floor room with a lovely patio -- it was too cold for me to spend much time out there in early January, but in warmer months it would be awesome. My room was bright, very clean, and lacked for nothing. The location is another great feature of 73 Boutique Hotel, just off one of the main pedestrian and shopping streets, in the old town, a short walk to the Duomo and the Lake. Overall, just a great, great place to stay in Como, which is an an incredible little city on a breathtakingly beautiful lake. "
