The reviews are on point. The rooms were clean without smelling an intense scent that hotels use. The beds are comfortable and the sheets were soft. The staff super friendly and helpful. We went with our kiddos and the location was perfect to visit the aquarium, discover museum and other attractions.

Staff members were very hospitable, Alaysia was wonderful. Linens were clean, breakfast area was kept clean and neat. Only complaint we had was the bathroom, the tub fixtures were not in great condition and the water to the toilet ran on and off most of the night. Otherwise seamless hotel stay.
