“this was a very neat cozy apartment, perfect location. One block from Main Street in Middletown. Very clean, great host, five star.”

“Checked in late , 2100 hours. Once in the room, one bed looked as though it had been slept in. It was unmade with all pillows stacked on it. Trash can was full. Towels hung over shower door. Called the answering service since the office was closed. The manager’s wife talked to me. The manager came by to “verify” that the room has not been serviced. The two of them offered an upgrade to a room with 2 kings and a view of the lake. This room was clean. I also got a later check out time by 2 hours....
