The rooms are incredible. Designed well and nice to be in. The food was some of the worst I’ve had. Genuinely not good and restaurants are far away. If you plan on not eating at the hotel - stay here!

Beach was great. The grounds are very nice. Food at buffets was horrible. Even got sick from it. Staff will treat you depending on the color of band you're wearing. Room was terrible. The concierge is hardly helpful. Promised us things and he didn't deliver. Said we were getting a welcome breakfast as a gift, but I'm reality it's a hook to try to sell you a membership/timeshare type deal.

The hotel itself along with the rooms are beautiful. The beach was great. A lot of what was advertised online are nonexistent. There was no airport shuttle as advertised. No swim up bar in the pool, there was no designated dessert area. Towels were absolutely impossible to get, often times we had no towels in our room, and towels by the pool were always unavailable. In my 7 night stay my wife and I were able to get pool towels on 2 days. The Samurai and the Italian restaurants were both good, and the spa was great. But overall service was a major downside on the trip. For reference this is the first bad review I have ever written but felt it was necessary to write.
