8/10 Good
"Helpful and friendly host. Hotel has seen better days but new owner is working hard to bring hotel up to scratch and our family room was clean, comfortable and very spacious for a family of four. Tv reception was intermittent but we were only there for one night to catch the ferry so no bother. Continental breakfast was ok although the croissants didn’t look very continental but the staff were lovely, offering to fill our water bottle for the journey. Beautiful views from breakfast room window. The hotel is in a great spot for scenic boardwalks in area. Good value and very convenient stopover for the ferry."

"Absolutely loved our stay. Janet and Mark are fantastic hosts. Made sure to welcome us on arrival and nothing was too much for them. We had a basket of treats for us and little goodie bags for our dogs. Fields on the property if you want to give your dog a little run and a closed garden to bask in the sun.
