First floor apartment (direct access without any stairs to negotiate).
Living room: With Freeview TV.
Kitchen/dining room: With electric cooker, electric hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher.
Bedroom 1: With four poster double bed and en-suite with shower cubicle and toilet.
Bedroom 2: With double bed and ¾ double bed.
Bathroom: With shower over bath, toilet and heated towel rail. Gas central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Front garden with sitting out area (shared with other properties on-site). Private parking for 1 car. No smoking. This first floor apartment has ample space with glorious views of the bay. Large kitchen and dining area. The lounge is very spacious with comfy seating to relax in the evening. Outside the apartment is a shared picnic area with seating which is a really lovely quiet spot to watch the sun set. Quietly tucked away yet only a few minutes’ walk from Trearddur Bay’s beautiful sandy beaches, this luxurious apartment lies a short stroll from a good selection of shops, pubs and cafés, and makes an ideal base for a family seaside holiday. There's lots to do on Anglesey, from birdwatching at nearby Southstack, to visiting historic Plas Newydd (National Trust) and the mighty Beaumaris Castle. For children, Foel Farm Park makes for a great day out. The bustling port of Holyhead is just 2 miles away and has a wide selection of shops and restaurants and offers fishing trips and day trips to Ireland. Golf, fishing, sailing and the Snowdonia National Park are all easily accessible. In short, a memorable holiday guaranteed given this lovely location's fabulous amenities.

Perfect Christmas Stay

We had the best Christmas & New year in this property. John was there to meet us and make sure we had everything we needed. The location is great, waking up to watch the sunrise over the mountais and sea was just perfect. We will definitely return in the future
