“Property was perfect for our quick trip to the area for a family funeral. My wife, mother in law and I were comfortable in the apartment and appreciated how clean it was for our stay. There is a set of steep narrow stairs to climb up to the bedrooms on the second floor which can be a challenge for those with mobility issues. The beds are comfortable and the furnishings are nice. The apartment is an excellent value.”

“Great location, just a block or so off Butler Street. Street parking can sometimes be tricky but that is Lawrenceville for you, overall no issues and we were always able to find a spot within a few blocks and often right outside. There was plenty of space for our family of four; each kid had their own room upstairs (would consider bringing a baby gate if you have a toddler; stairs are also carpeted too) and we all slept great. Host communicated well. Good value especially for location. We didn't……

“Google Maps does 461 no justice, but FYI, you're right in the middle of bustling, ethnic, college/hospital center North Oakland. A great deal for parents visiting kids at Pitt or Carnegie. Clean. Spacious. Nice amenities. Walkable to many attractions. Alex from 3E was super attentive, in one instance responding in under a minute when we locked ourselves out of the apartment. ”
