“The cabin was clean and inviting. It was homey. The location was a perfect place for launching on all of our adventures. The deck was great for watching wildlife and it was very quiet. Exactly what we needed!”

“This is a great cabin for a romantic getaway. We didn't use the kitchen except the small fridge, but it was nice that a stove top was available. The water heater is great and definitely large enough to fill the big tub. We appreciated being able to bring our dog and the fee was reasonable. Thanks for a nice weekend :)”

“The cabin was immaculately clean. We really loved the decor and felt especially safe with the "Duke" keeping watch over us! Enjoyed our mornings on the deck. The view was amazing and it was so peaceful and relaxing. It just made our coffee taste better! The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with everything anyone could need. We did have trouble with the check-in, as the printed directions we received were not correct. We spent over an hour driving around trying to figure out……

“The property was truly tucked away and nicely secluded. We even had a few elk nap in the backyard during one afternoon while we enjoyed the hot tub. The cabin was very clean but could use additional lighting in the common areas. We really enjoyed how peaceful the back porch was.”

“The location was good and living room was nice for game nights. Host was quick with responses and good communication. Stove and microwave were new and great but there was a lot of down sides to the rest of our stay. The hot tub was extremely dirty as if it hadn’t been cleaned in a while. We had to purchase our own nets to clean it ourselves and the chlorine was crystallized at the bottom. There was some water damage and mold on the roof. 2 out of 6 smoke detectors worked. There wasn’t any baking……

“What a wonderful weekend! We enjoyed every minute at this property during a gorgeous Ruidoso weekend. We did a "make your own pizza" party on Friday night and everyone had a blast not to mention tasty pizza. The only negative I can think of is now my wife wants her own pizza oven lol. Took my daughter to the mountain roller coaster on Saturday then souvenir shopping downtown. Got back right around dinner and relaxed with a nice soak in a very nice hot tub. You can tell when you are there……
