"Nice location and easy check in but hot water in the bathroom did not worked. Called multiple times to have it fixed and no one would return my call. Had to leave a day early to come home so my kids could take a shower. I’m a camper so missing shower or two doesn’t hurt me, but when you’re paying for a service and can’t get the basics that you pay for, is pretty frustrating."
