“We have stayed at the property in the past (under previous ownership) and it suits our needs nicely. Our priorities are 1) peace and quiet away from the tourist zones, 2) good reef snorkeling that's easily accessible, 3) kayaking, 4) pool. For anyone looking for these things (especially to relax away from tourists), this property will fit the bill nicely. We paddled out to the reef to snorkel, daily, and would paddle out to Hole in the Wall, the floating Salt Spray Mangrove Bar, and Mangroves...

“Tengo muchas cosas en primer lugar no habían tuallas, el papel higiénico estaban sucios y nacidos, las camas estaban con insectos que nos picaron a todos y tengo fotos de evidencia, la piscina estaba sucia, las teles de los cuartos no funcionan, la lavadora tenía ropa mojada en ella. Nos prometieron pases a palma real y nunca se nos fue dado ya que era una villa la que yo había reservado pero no tenía energía y nos cambiaron a la casa de playa y el guardia de la casa entraba y salía como Juan...

“If you're looking for a place outside of the tourist spots, but still a reasonable drive anywhere this is the place for you! The pool, the view, and the privacy were amazing. This pool and porch area have been our favorite from all the places we rented in the Caribbean so far. The house had everything we needed and was very clean. We appreciated having the air con in the rooms at night. You will need a vehicle to stay here if you plan to see other parts of the island as taxis would be expensive....
