“My new husband and I stayed in the unit for our small Wedding Weekend in Richmond. The furnishings were quite nice, and we loved the Church Hill location near Chimborazo Park! “The apartment was clean and matched the photos. It's upstairs, and there are several steps to get to the entrance (in case there are mobility issues). The sofa bed in the second bedroom takes up quite a bit of space, so may be more suited for children than a second couple. The apartment is comfortable for solo travelers or couples. “The location of this unit is awesome. You find yourself in the middle of everything Richmond has to offer. The fact that it is the old Floodzone was super cool! I saw a few shows in there during the 1990s. The interior of the unit was super clean and probably had the nicest furniture of any of the VRBOs we have stayed. Parking is a bit tight as it is street parking. I would have given 5 stars for cleanliness but the lobby area had trash and there was leaking pipe,from the second floor,……
