“The condition of the property upon our arrival was unacceptable, unsanitary, and did not match the expectations set by the listing. Our group of six arrived at the property, unloaded our belongings, and began walking through the home. We understood from the host that any concerns needed to be reported within the first hour of arrival, so we immediately inspected the property.Within minutes, we discovered numerous serious issues, including:* One of the advertised beds was not a mattress at all,……

“Everything was clean, and the property was just as listed. The bathroom was small but had everything we needed. It was very quiet, and the bed was really comfortable. Being right across from a great coffee shop and walking distance to restaurants and shopping was great, as we didn't need our car. Would stay here again.”

“Location was very nice and nearby to all the top spots. Property was a little small but perfect for a weekend getaway!”

“Such a cool space, really exceeded our expectations! This basement is nicer than our house, and such a fun atmosphere with the large projector and gaming systems.”

“The place was very clean and provided just what we needed. It was very convenient to be able to leave our car and walk around town.”

“Very Clean. The room arrangement is a bit unconventional but did not deter us from renting. We made everything work. We loved the location and would rent again.”

“Internet went down and could not reach the host”

“Cozy, close to downtown & great for our group of 4!”

“Perfect place for a quick & quiet getaway. Easy walk to Saugatuck (and even Douglas) shops, restaurants and activies. Great layout, thoughtfully furnished and loads of convenience amenities included. Thanks for a great stay!”

“The chairs in the common area weren't as comfortable as we had hoped. It's very strange that there is no standing space in front of the sink in the bathroom, since the toilet is in the way.”
