“The hotel is set in beautiful surroundings, has lovely rooms, delicious food, a comfortable lounge and wonderful staff!”

“Stayed here with a friend in preparation for Yorkshire 3 peaks challenge. Check in very easy. Warm welcome. Very hospitable staff. We had to leave the hotel early next morning before kitchen opened but staff left us breakfast (cereals, yogurt etc) out for us which was really appreciated. Also made us sandwiches to take with us. Pub/bar and food was really good. Cosy. ”

“Our stay at the Old Deanery has been fantastic, we weren't sure what to expect having read up on the Old Deanery, as we usually stay at Inn's for hikers, with a standard breakfast.
